The title of the Club shall be “Leek Photographic Club” (“the Club”).

The management of the Club shall be in the hands of the Committee.
The “Committee” shall consist of the following “Offices”:-
- Chairman; and
- Vice Chairman; and
- Honorary Secretary (General and Syllabus); and
- Honorary Treasurer; and
- Honorary Competition Secretary; and
- Five Elected Members.
At any Committee meeting shall be quorate with 5 Officers or Members of the Committee in attendance.

Nominations for the Offices of the Committee shall be proposed and seconded in writing by Club members, having first ascertained that the nominee is will to stand for an Office.
Such nominations shall be in the hands of the Chairman or Honorary Secretary at least 14 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.

The Elected Members of the committee shall each serve for 2 years.
They will be eligible for re-election at the end of the 2 years if they so desire.

Any Officer not wishing to seek re-election shall inform the Chairman or Honorary Secretary of this fact at least one month before the date of the Annual General Meeting.

Members subscriptions should be paid not later than 4 weeks after the start of the season. All non-members will be charged an admission fee of £1 per evening.

Social events (outings, dinners etc) must be paid for at least 7 days in advance. In the event of cancellation a refund can only be given under exceptional circumstances. Children occupying seats on coach trips must pay the full fee for the trip.

The Committee is empowered to alter any rule (General or Competition) to meet special circumstances at any time deemed necessary by the Committee.
